Water damage help in Arizona
LeakHelpLine is a referral service, not a restoration contractor. When you call, you will be connected with an independent local provider, who may pay us for the referral. Providers set their own prices and terms.
LeakHelpLine is a referral service. If water is in your home, you call. A phone network answers, screens the city you are in and the kind of water problem you have, and connects you with an independent local water damage restoration company. We do not dry buildings, tear out flooring, or set a price. The company that takes the job does that work, and it may pay us for the referral.
Who this is for
This line is for a homeowner or a renter in the cities below who needs a local company for water inside a house, a condo, or an apartment. That includes a burst supply line, a washer hose, a sewer backup, or storm water that came indoors. It is not a gas-leak line. If you smell gas, leave the building and call 911 or your gas utility.
You do not have to know the trade name for the job before you call. Say what is wet, whether the water is still running, and whether it is sewage. The network uses that to connect the call. The provider you reach sets the visit, the price, and the terms. LeakHelpLine does not promise a result, and we do not do the restoration work ourselves.
Where we connect calls
The eight areas are Chandler, Gilbert, Glendale, Mesa, Phoenix, Scottsdale, Tempe, and Tucson. Each city page explains what is different about water damage there. Phone lines for those pages are not on the site yet. The Arizona page is where you pick your city for local flood history and who to call about a city-side leak.
What to do first
If water is coming in, close the valve you can reach without stepping in the water. Stay out of standing water when it may be touching an outlet or an appliance. Shut power off at the breaker only if the panel is dry and safe to reach. From a dry spot, photograph the damage, then move valuables up and out of the water. If the water is sewage, do not touch it, and keep children and pets away.
Those steps, and when to call, are written out in the first hour after water damage guide. For summer storms, read Arizona monsoon flooding. How it works explains the phone network, recording, and what we do not do.
